Quinn Downes Group is a national leader in mechanical services, proudly delivering high-quality solutions to some of Ireland's most prominent clients. As our company continues to grow, so too does our HR team. We're now looking to hire a dedicated and enthusiastic
HR Administrator
to support our expanding department.

Purpose of the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their HR career who is eager to learn and grow. The HR Administrator will provide administrative and coordination support across the full HR function, helping to ensure smooth operations and compliance while contributing to an engaging and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Prepare and issue starter documentation via DocuSign.
* Coordinate inductions, probation reviews and exit procedures.
* Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
* Schedule employee training and complete any associated documentation.
* Draft employee documentation and internal communications.
* Update HR databases and trackers.
* Post job adverts, screening candidates, shortlisting CVs and schedule interviews.
* Communicate with candidates and maintain applicant records.
* Support in compiling the bi-monthly staff newsletter.
* Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events.
* Support company branding/posts on social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram).
* Handle adhoc HR queries and provide support across the team.
* Part of the support team of our Time & Attendance system, Kelio.
* Support the HR Team on project and policy work.

Candidate Requirements

* 1+ years' experience in an administrative or HR-related role (an advantage but not essential).
* Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources (CIPD qualification desirable).
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work with discretion and handle confidential information.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Canva or similar design tool a plus.
* Friendly, proactive, and eager to learn.
