Steel FabricatorLocation: CahirJob Type: Full-Time / PermanentReports To: Workshop SupervisorKey ResponsibilitiesFabricate steel and metal components to engineering drawings and specifications.Cut, shape, assemble, and finish materials using workshop tools and machinery.Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job instructions.· Ability to use workshop equipment including but not limited too Break Presso Guillotineo Bandsawo Pedistal Drillo Sectional and Plate Rollso Overhead Gantry Craneo Counterbalance ForkliftEnsure all work meets quality standards and project requirements.Collaborate with welders, fitters, and engineers to complete jobs efficiently.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Follow all company health & safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.Assist with site installation work when required.Preferred Qualifications & SkillsTrade qualification in Fabrication, Engineering, or a related discipline such as Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft – Metal Fabrication.Proven experience as a Fabricator in a mechanical engineering or industrial setting.· MIG and TIG Welding required.Experience of Tanks and Pressure Vessels an advantage.Ability to read and understand fabrication and engineering drawingsStrong knowledge of metalworking techniques and workshop practicesSkilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machineryExcellent attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong understanding of workplace safety standardsForklift or manual handling certification (beneficial)If you are interested in the above role, click "Apply" or send your CV to Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
