As a skilled Insurance Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in selling personal lines insurance products to customers. Your primary responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and guiding customers through the sales journey.
* Proactively engage with customers through outbound calls, web enquiries, and client meetings to promote personal lines insurance products.
* Maintain a customer-centric approach by anticipating their needs, sharing relevant information, and consistently meeting commitments.
* Clearly communicate product benefits and cover options to customers, ensuring they make informed decisions.
* Make proactive calls to prospective customers to promote products, provide advice, and close sales.
* Support the team manager in executing targeted campaigns to drive sales growth.
* Demonstrate a strong background in sales or customer service.
* Possess a minimum of 1 year's relevant insurance experience.
* Comply with Central Bank Minimum Competency Requirements.
* Hold an APA (Personal General Insurance) qualification at minimum.
* Excel in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing circumstances.
* Demonstrate strong IT skills, with knowledge of Relay/Applied being an advantage.
* Exhibit a positive attitude, openness to rapid changes, and a willingness to evolve digitally.
* Demonstrate effective prioritization of workloads and adaptability in the face of unexpected challenges.
* Display strong organizational skills, with excellent time and resource management abilities.
