About the Role
Our client, a US-based B2B SaaS company, is looking for a skilled Marketing Specialist who can support and execute their digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience managing websites, running paid ads, setting up automations, and designing marketing materials—while staying reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to long-term work.
This role is perfect for someone proactive, organized, and can work independently with minimal supervision. A minimum of 2 years of experience working with US-based clients in a similar marketing role is required.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and update WordPress sites, including plug-ins, landing pages, and site performance
* Set up and maintain HubSpot automations, workflows, forms, and email marketing sequences
* Run and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC campaigns, and A/B tests
* Support ongoing SEO efforts: keyword research, on-page optimization, and content support
* Manage social media content and scheduling across multiple platforms
* Create marketing visuals using Canva or Adobe design tools
* Track KPIs and performance insights across marketing channels
* Assist with the execution of the marketing strategy and campaign delivery
* Collaborate with the team to ensure branding and messaging consistency
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role for US clients (mandatory)
* Strong skills in WordPress website management and plug-ins
* Experience with HubSpot (forms, workflows, automations)
* Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, SEO, and social media marketing
* Solid design experience using Canva and/or Adobe tools
* Ideally, experience in B2B SaaS marketing
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Highly reliable, organized, detail-oriented
* Able to work US business hours and stay consistent with attendance
