Warehouse Operator Roles and Responsibilities
* Maintain good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
* Be flexible and adaptable to change, with strong computer literacy.
* Ensure a clean and organized work area at all times.
* Work safely and observe general plant and department safety regulations.
Picking and Packing Processes
* Accurately receive and locate materials in a timely manner.
* Issue materials to manufacturing and packaging as required.
* Ship products and non-inventory items according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Quality Control and Documentation
* Perform area verification tasks according to SOPs.
* Complete all assigned duties according to departmental SOPs and cGMPs.
* Stay up-to-date with proper procedures by reviewing current, revised, and new SOPs.
* Complete and maintain all required documentation associated with material supply.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 3 years of experience within a warehouse environment, preferably in a pharma or regulated environment.
* Demonstrate a high sense of safety standards within a regulated GMP environment.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Familiarity with SAP and warehouse processes.
* Good knowledge of products and processes.
* Certified forklift driver with relevant experience.
