Pharmacy Technician – Limerick
QR Select is currently recruiting an experienced Pharmacy Technician for a well-established, independently owned pharmacy located on the outskirts of Limerick City.
This is a permanent, full-time position offering a great work–life balance in a supportive pharmacy environment.
The Role
* Full-time, 40 hours per week
* Weekend work on a rotational basis
* Pharmacy opening hours: Monday to Saturday
* No late nights and no Sundays
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and maintaining stock levels
* Accurately and efficiently preparing and dispensing medicinal products under the supervision of the Pharmacist
* Processing and tracking pharmacy claims
* Providing excellent patient care and customer service
* Operating in line with the most up-to-date PSI guidelines
* Reporting to and supporting the Pharmacist in the day-to-day running of the dispensary
Key Requirements & Skills
* Must hold an approved Pharmacy Technician qualification
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Pharmacy Technician or dispensary role
* Previous OTC sales experience
* Strong product knowledge
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A strong customer-focused approach
* Helpful, courteous, and professional manner
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
