This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and engaging portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors, both nationally and internationally. Key Responsibilities: Manage the planning and execution of tax compliance assignments for review by the engagement Partner Support clients with tax planning strategies and provide practical advice Assist in resource planning and meeting internal deadlines Attend and contribute to client meetings Oversee, review, and provide quality control on the work of junior team members Delegate effectively while offering mentorship and on-the-job training Advise and support clients during Revenue audits, negotiations, and settlements Candidate Requirements: CTA qualified Minimum of 3 years' experience in a small to medium-sized Irish accountancy practice Strong technical tax knowledge with a proven ability to identify value-added opportunities for clients If youre a Tax Senior considering a new opportunity, wed love to hear from you.
