Dispensing Optician Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dispensing Optician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, liaising with optometrists, and managing aftersales service.

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to utilize your clinical expertise and sales skills to deliver an exceptional patient experience. You will work closely with the store management team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Liaise with optometrists to ensure consistent quality handovers;
* Manage aftersales service including complaints and problem-solving;
* Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets through effective professional sales techniques.
The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong passion for delivering outstanding patient care, and a keen eye for detail. A qualification in dispensing optics is essential as well as being registered on CORU.
