DMC Foods is home to Fit Foods & Dublin Meat Company.Scope of the RoleThe Customer/Sales Account Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer service and sales support functions, ensuring a high level of service to our customers while keeping the commercial engine of the business running efficiently. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative attitude.You'll be working closely with our Commercial Director and Customer Business Manager, playing a critical role in customer service, sales reporting, and internal coordination across the business.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Sales Support· Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, orders, and service issues· Maintain strong, professional relationships with customers through responsive communication· Support the Commercial Director and Customer Business Manager in managing and setting up customer accounts· Work with internal teams to resolve service issues quickly and effectivelyOrder & Data Management· Accurately process and track customer orders, ensuring timely delivery· Maintain and update master data, including customer information, product lists, and pricing· Monitor service levels and delivery performance, logging and reporting issuesReporting & Commercial Admin· Prepare and maintain weekly/monthly sales reports and dashboards for internal and customer use· Track trade spend, promotional activity, and support accurate customer billing· Complete and submit new product line forms and assist with range review documents· Help improve and maintain internal systems, processes, and shared documentation· Keep customer folders, pricing files, and reports up to date and well organisedSales Forecasting & Coordination· Support forecasting and demand planning activities by compiling and analysing sales data· Communicate forecast changes to supply chain and operations teams· Identify risks, delays, or anomalies in forecasts and flag them earlyCross-Functional Collaboration· Act as a key link between the commercial team and other departments (supply chain, finance, marketing, operations)· Ensure all customer needs and changes are clearly communicated across the business· Help manage project timelines and ensure customer deliverables stay on trackSales Presentations & Market Support· Assist with building customer-facing presentations and pitch materials· Provide organisational support for new market launches and trade events· Coordinate samples, data packs, and promotional support for customersExperience and Knowledge:· 2+ years in a customer service, sales support, or commercial admin role (FMCG/food industry is desirable)· Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities· Strong Excel skills and comfortable handling data, reports, and presentations· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills· A proactive problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude· Someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced, collaborative environment· Passion for great service and getting things done rightJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €35,000.00 per yearBenefits:On-site parkingWillingness to travel:25% (required)Work Location: In person
