Join PwC Ireland as a Deals Transaction Services Manager to lead complex transaction services engagements and provide strategic advisory to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead transaction services engagements and manage the due diligence process, including analysis of financial forecasts, historical earnings, assets and liabilities.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, responding to short‑notice and dynamic requirements.
Provide strategic advice on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other transactions.
Guide, mentor and nurture a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative high‑performance culture.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the Deals practice.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies, managing transaction risks.
Monitor and manage financial performance of engagements, ensuring profitability and efficient resource utilisation.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in transaction services, corporate finance, or related field with a proven track record.
Certified Chartered Accountant with proven client‑facing experience in M&A financial due diligence.
Skills
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills focused on quality of earnings and financial information.
Experience guiding and mentoring teams.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proven leadership and team‑development capabilities.
