Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support in Kerry, Ireland.
* Answer queries and provide a reception/telephone service.
* Manage relevant documentation and procedures ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records filing systems and data management.
* Assist in preparing reports as necessary and provide information to Service Managers and teams.
* Action all communications in a timely manner and undertake additional administrative support as directed.
* Minimum of three years' experience in administration.
* Hold a minimum of leaving certificate or similar.
* Working knowledge of the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) Standards.
This is an initial three-month contract with option for renewal.
