Labour Exploitation Casework Manager - Job Description
Role Summary:
The
Labour Exploitation Casework Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating MRCI's casework with people who have experienced severe exploitation at work.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide operational and strategic management of MRCI's casework with victims of severe labour exploitation.
* Provide casework support and representation to individual workers in key strategic cases.
* Supervise and coordinate MRCI staff members.
* Establish working relationships with key stakeholders and organisations and represent MRCI at events and in the media as necessary.
* Develop and coordinate relevant research and policy positions based on casework, prepare regular briefings and reports and engage decision makers.
* Monitor and respond to external developments in combating severe labour exploitation in Ireland, Europe and internationally.
* Identify funding opportunities, assist in development of funding proposals and take responsibility for the implementation and reporting on projects.
* Participate as a part of MRCI's senior management team and contribute to organisational development.
Salary and Benefits
* Salary guideline for this role is €57,000 – €62,000 based on experience
* Full time 5 days, 35 hours per week with some flexibility on working hours
* Hybrid working role with a
minimum
of two to three days per week required in office
* 25 days annual leave
