Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and digitally savvy individual to join their team as a Digital Account Executive. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation, and online communication strategies. This role involves working closely with the marketing and communications department to drive the digital presence of the company and its member establishments. As the Digital Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing online accounts, implementing digital campaigns, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and engagement
* Manage the organisation's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring for engagement opportunities.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling digital content, including blog posts, newsletters, infographics, and videos.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and suggest improvements to the company's digital strategy.
* Create and manage email marketing campaigns to communicate with members, partners, and stakeholders.
* Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Act as a liaison between the company and its members, providing support, guidance, and updates on digital initiatives and best practices.

Person Specification:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
* Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related areas.
* Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective algorithms.
* Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website administration.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
* Proficiency in digital analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* A keen interest in the food and hospitality industry and a good understanding of the challenges faced by restaurants and food service establishments.
