HVAC Sales Specialist
We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a HVAC Sales Specialist. As an experienced professional in the field, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new service and maintenance contracts, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and promoting JCI/Airflow's full range of HVAC services and solutions.
About the Role
* Develop and execute a regional growth strategy to expand our customer base
* Identify and leverage opportunities to offer tailored HVAC solutions that deliver long-term value to clients
* Work directly with end users and facilities management teams to provide expert advice on HVAC systems and services
Key Responsibilities
1. Secure new service and maintenance contracts through effective sales and marketing strategies
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide innovative solutions to clients
Requirements
* Experience in HVAC – ideally with a background as an engineer, technician, or in HVAC service delivery
* Customer-focused – able to understand client needs and match them with the right solutions
* Sales-savvy – while prior sales experience is a plus, it's not essential
* A strong communicator – confident in presenting solutions and building trust
* Driven and independent – capable of managing your own territory and growing your portfolio
