Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
- Assess, record and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, parents/carers and external partners.
* The successful applicant should be able to plan, prepare and teach high-quality lessons that meet curriculum requirements.
* Promote an inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
* Communicate effectively with staff, parents/guardians about individual student's performance using their own judgment as well as professional discretion when discussing confidential matters which may include issues surrounding pupil welfare or other sensitive information related directly back towards specific individuals within this context – ensuring total confidentiality at every point without exception while maintaining openness transparency honesty integrity loyalty commitment responsibility etc...
