Due to ongoing and anticipated growth, a scaling technology / Saa S business, seek a commercially astute and experienced CFO to join their leadership team.
This role is based in Dublin.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing business and play a key part in our successful applicant, will play a key role in finance and commercial strategy for the business.
Therefore, somebody with proven experience in a CFO level or similar role is preferred, ideally in the technology / Saa S industry or similar.
Experience working within a high-growth business (ideally technology) where you led financial strategy but also had operational involvement in operations and commercial responsibilities, through a key period of business growth, would be advantageous.

Responsibilities Be a key and accountable member of the leadership team and play a role in reporting to the Board Work with the CEO and leadership team to set and deliver positive revenue, growth and margin targets.
Enable the company to make timely and data led decisions throughout the organisation.
Ensure pricing and sales strategy are commercially aligned to maximise revenue growth.
Oversee relationships with key business Partners, to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
Be a core part of any future finance raising, acquisitions or exit strategy.
Provide board level representation and help manage senior stakeholder and investor relationships.
Drive the company's financial planning and analysis, to provide high quality forecasting.
Perform risk management by analysing the organization's liabilities and investments.
Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations.
Requirements Proven experience in a senior leadership role as CFO or similar, with a strong commercial skillset.
Track record in a leadership role in a fast-growth technology business ( Saa S or Enterprise Software, would be beneficial but is not essential).
Previous experience in M&A, Corporate Finance or similar would be beneficial.
Previous experience in effective exits through IPO or strategic trade sales process.
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
