Are you an experienced Supply Chain professional looking to take the next step in your career? We’re working with a leading organisation to recruit a Supply Chain Specialist in Dublin.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you\'ll play a key role in ensuring efficient supply chain operations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities, including demand planning, procurement, production scheduling, inventory management, and logistics
* Maintain accurate supply plans to ensure consistent product availability and alignment with customer and business needs
* Monitor and optimise inventory levels to balance service levels with targets
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations and support new product introductions
* Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with international shipping requirements
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen supply chain resilience
* Prepare and analyse key supply chain metrics and reports
* Proactively identify risks or supply disruptions and take appropriate corrective actions to maintain continuity
Qualifications
* 3+ years’ experience in a supply chain role within pharma, medical device, or other regulated industries
* Third-level qualification in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
* Proven experience in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
* Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills
