Scientist - Process Sciences

About the Project
* This project will contribute to the manufacturing of a life-changing treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and execute experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation to resolve complex cell culture deviations.
* Support process improvement and troubleshooting with end-to-end product focus.
* Provide technical support for investigations, new process introductions, or change implementations in commercial manufacturing operations.
* Author and review development operating procedures and technical reports.
* Apply Lean Six Sigma tools in the Process Sciences group.
About the Role:
* You will have experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, preferably with practical experience in cell culture processing.
* You will have experience in drug substance process development, process characterization studies, mammalian cell technology, biochemistry, and cell biology.
* You will have experience executing experimental programs in the laboratory.
* You will have a working knowledge of statistical methods for DOE design and data analysis.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline, such as chemistry, biology, or biochemistry.
* Prior experience in process sciences, biopharmaceuticals, or related fields.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
