Key Account Manager Position
The Role Overview
This dynamic role is designed to drive business growth by developing and maintaining key client relationships. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in expanding our customer base through effective sales strategies and tactics.
Responsibilities:
* Establishing and nurturing long-term partnerships with clients to identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Identifying and qualifying potential leads to optimize sales outreach efforts
* Crafting tailored pitches, tenders, bids, brochures, and presentations that meet client requirements
* Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
* Supporting bid processes and associated best practices to ensure smooth project execution
* Leveraging advanced Microsoft skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and G-Suite, to enhance productivity and efficiency
Requirements:
* Core experience in professional services sales
* Mature professional focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Advanced proficiency in Grok and Perplexity prompts
* Professional Business English (C2)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or currently studying for an Irish Master's Degree
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in Professional Services Sales
* 2 years of experience in the Supply Chain Sector
* 3 years of experience in Daily Telephone Client Sales Calling
* 2 years of experience in Advanced Prompts on Grok, Perplexity
