Accounts and Administration Assistant
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts and Administration Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing departmental records, preparing payroll, and maintaining accounts payable and receivable.
Responsibilities:
* Manage orderly filing of departmental records, ensuring GDPR compliance.
* Prepare and process weekly payroll.
* Process and acknowledge sales orders and prepare shipping documentation.
* Monitor and report on KPIs, production output, and stock to management and other departments.
Requirements:
* Degree in Business or similar.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical and commercial skills.
* Strong IT skills and proficient in Excel.
* Proactive attitude to implementing solutions and problem-solving.
