* Project Leadership: Lead electrical engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
* System Design: Develop electrical systems for pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing facilities, including power distribution, control systems, and automation.
* Compliance & Standards: Ensure designs meet regulatory and safety standards, including ATEX, IEC, and ISO 13849
* Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, provide technical expertise, and develop innovative solutions.
* Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed engineering reports, technical drawings, and support the creation of validation documentation (URS, DQ, FAT, SAT, etc.).
* Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for electrical systems in compliance with industry best practices.
* Multi-Disciplinary Coordination: Work with mechanical, automation, and process engineers to develop integrated solutions.
* Team Leadership & Mentoring: Guide junior and intermediate engineers, review their work, and provide training on industry standards and best practices.
* Vendor & Contractor Management: Oversee supplier selection, review technical specifications, and manage contractor performance.
* Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and regulatory changes within the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.
* Deep knowledge of wiring requirements and Atex calculations for Instrumentation loops

Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
* Experience: Minimum 10+ years in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior/lead role within the medical device or pharmaceutical sector
* Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with GMP, IEC, ISO 13485, ATEX, and NEC standards
* Deep knowledge of IS10101 standards
* Technical Expertise: Strong experience in power distribution, PLCs, SCADA, BMS, EMS, and automation within regulated industries
* Software Proficiency: AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, EPLAN, or similar design tools
* Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues and implement effective solutions
* Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to lead teams, mentor junior engineers, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer (CEng), or equivalent preferred
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
