Project Manager - Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a seasoned Operations Coordinator/Project Manager to drive projects through their stages, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, with expertise in project controls, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive the project controls function, including fee management, capital cost management, schedule management, accountancy management, and risk management
* Oversee the on-site planning team and track data for budgets, contracts, change orders, trends, and actual costs
* Help lead a team that directly supports project delivery and establish a unified standard of data outputs
* Ensure regular and timely reporting of project progress and advise on conditions affecting timelines or costs
* Promote open communication and collaboration between all parties to minimize disruptions and delays
* Manage change efficiently, capturing changes with schedule and cost impacts
Qualifications:
* At least 20 years' experience in Project Controls roles, ideally in the pharma environment
* Demonstrated understanding and experience of cost control and management, performance measurement, and project scheduling
* Ability to interpret construction contractual documents and contract modifications
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to produce accurate work under project deadlines
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
