 3. Take a lead role in service planning, innovation, and development within the psychology discipline.
 4. Assign tasks effectively and support the professional development of junior staff members.
 5. Foster a culture of evidence-based practice, contributing to research and quality improvement initiatives.
 6. Represent the psychology discipline at internal and external meetings and conferences.
