Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement seasonal budgets, open-to-buy plans, and stock targets.
• Collaborate with buyers to ensure accurate forecasts and optimize purchasing decisions.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, identify shortages or oversupply, and take corrective action.
• Oversee markdowns, size ratio issues, and shipping approvals within the allocated budget.
• Work closely with suppliers to resolve delivery and quality issues.
