Role Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organised and professional Admissions & Reception Administrator to join our front‑of‑house team. This person will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities

* Greeting and assisting customers in a warm, professional manner
* Managing incoming calls and responding to queries
* Checking in visitors, clients or service customers
* Scheduling appointments and maintaining an organised booking system
* Handling documentation, payments and receipts when required
* Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
* Supporting administrative tasks across departments


Requirements

* Previous experience in reception, customer service, admissions or administration
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
* Confidence using computers, email and booking systems
* Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
* A positive, helpful and team‑oriented attitude
