Insurance Defence/Litigation Solicitor Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work as an Insurance Defence/Litigation Solicitor with a busy and ambitious team in Dublin. As a solicitor with 2-4 years PQE, you will have a solid and proven track record in general defence work.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Defending clients in insurance litigation cases
* Conducting investigations and risk assessments
* Organising medical reports and quantum
* Briefing counsel and attending settlement meetings
In addition to these key responsibilities, the role also involves playing a proactive role in business development, including writing articles, delivering presentations, and facilitating seminars. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the team.
