Client Relationship Manager
This role presents a unique opportunity to combine strategic relationship management, commercial acumen, and project delivery in a fast-paced client-focused environment.
* Manage and develop key relationships with major retail clients across the UK & Ireland
* Act as primary commercial lead for key accounts and framework agreements
The Ideal Candidate:
1. A Key Account Manager or similar professional from a construction or joinery background who has previously managed day-to-day projects and now seeks to step into a more strategic role with influence over national rollout programs.
2. A commercially savvy individual who can effectively manage account performance, margins, forecasting, and reporting.
3. A team player with excellent communication skills able to coordinate internally across various departments including project managers, QSs (Quantity Surveyors), manufacturing teams for design improvements, site teams.
