As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our growing Tendering team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to the preparation and submission of high-quality bids and proposals.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the processes involved in preparing bid documentation and excellent technical writing skills.
We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, good Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, and the ability to manage work within fixed deadlines.
A full clean Irish driving license is also required.
About the Role:
* Manage the process for production of assigned tenders and prequalification submissions
* Manage client communications with respect to ongoing tenders and pre-qualifications
* Provide technical and non-technical input into pre-qualification submissions
* Coordinate and check inputs from others to pre-qualification and tender submissions
* Compile and dispatch pre-qualification and tender submissions
About You:
* Solid knowledge of bid documentation processes
* Previous experience in the water/engineering/construction industry beneficial but not essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
