Job Summary: A renowned 5-star hotel in Dublin city centre is currently seeking a passionate and talented Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry to join its award-winning kitchen team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious pastry professional to develop their skills in a luxury environment that values quality, creativity, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the Pastry Chef and Chef de Partie in preparing and presenting high-quality pastry items across the hotel's dining outlets.
Maintain high standards of presentation, portion control, and taste in all dishes produced.
Ensure adherence to HACCP procedures and all food safety regulations.
Support with daily mise en place and contribute ideas to menu development.
Take responsibility for maintaining a clean and organised pastry section.
The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a pastry kitchen, ideally within a 5-star hotel or fine dining environment.
A genuine passion for pastry with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen as part of a team.
Culinary qualification and strong knowledge of pastry techniques.
Flexible, reliable, and eager to learn and grow within a professional kitchen.
