Manager/CEO - Credit Union - South County Dublin

Key Responsibilities
* Reporting to the Board of Directors, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the Credit Union.
* Propose the overall strategy for the service to be provided, in line with the ethos and objectives of credit unions.
* Develop and lead the Business Development strategy, representing the Credit Union in the local community.
* Develop and present the strategic and annual business plans to the Board for approval.
Key Skills Required
* Proven experience in a similar role, or in a senior leadership position within the Credit Union sector or broader financial services.
* Previous Credit Union experience is preferred.
* A Central Bank Minimum Competency Qualification, e.g., QFA and/or other suitable qualification in financial services, credit unions, management, business, law, finance, risk, or compliance.
* A strong understanding and/or interest in the Credit Union sector.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €80,000.00-€90,000.00 per year
