What You'll Do
Prep & Service
* Execute daily
mise en place
for all menus; cook and present dishes to brand standards (including staff meals).
* Maintain
portion control
and plate consistency; adapt to service needs and specials.
Standards & Safety
* Uphold
HACCP
, food hygiene, allergen, and temperature-logging requirements at all times.
* Operate, clean, and store kitchen equipment safely, following cleaning/maintenance schedules.
* Keep stations and back-of-house areas

People & Operations
* Support
Head/Sous/Junior Sous Chefs
; follow direction and communicate clearly.
* Supervise and train
commis/assistant chefs; model best practice and pace.
* Protect stock and company property; minimise waste; assist with stock rotation and counts.
* Attend required training and team communications.
What Makes You a Great Fit
* Culinary training and professional experience preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard.
* Strong

* Solid knowledge of
