You will join a collaborative team of three bookkeepers where workloads are shared, and everyone is encouraged to contribute across all areas of accounts. This is a hands-on position offering excellent exposure to a wide variety of finance functions in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts receivable and accounts payable processingCredit control and customer account managementWeekly and monthly payroll dutiesHigh-volume data entry and invoice processingBank reconciliations and balance trackingCost analysis and reporting supportAssisting with financial planning activitiesSupporting general bookkeeping tasks as required across the teamWhat We're Looking For1+ years' experience in an Accounts Assistant or Bookkeeper roleBackground in a high-volume, fast-paced finance environmentStrong numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively within a small, supportive teamPositive, adaptable attitude with willingness to get involved in all tasksMust live within a commutable distance of Buncrana, Co.
