Based within our Facilities Division we require a full-time receptionist to be situated at our clients site in Parkgate Street, Dublin 8.
Hours of work: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm (7.5hrs per day)
Role and Responsibilities
* Daily reception duties;
* Answering phone calls;
* Receiving visitors;
* Deal with general enquiries;
* Respond to emails;
* Manage daily post;
* Deal with courier;
* Coordinate contractors;
* Manage car parking vehicle fobs;
* Fleet vehicle administration;
* General administration duties.
It is essential that you have excellent typing skills, proficient in both Microsoft Word and Excel.
At least 12-18 months experience of handling telephone calls / dealing with telephone queries.
Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Able to multi-task.
A positive attitude.
