The Role
A well-established architectural practice based in Dublin City Centre is seeking an Architectural Technician to support the delivery of large-scale, complex building projects. This role sits within a multidisciplinary project team and focuses on the technical and construction-stage delivery of live projects.
You will work closely with architects, BIM coordinators, consultants, and contractors, contributing to the coordination and production of technical information through construction and completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce and coordinate technical drawings and information for live projects
* Support the delivery of projects through construction and completion stages
* Coordinate architectural information with consultants and contractors
* Ensure drawings and details comply with building regulations and project requirements
* Assist with design development, technical problem-solving, and issue resolution
* Work within established BIM / Revit workflows
Candidate Profile:
* Qualification in Architectural Technology or similar
* Several years' experience working on complex building projects
* Strong technical understanding of construction detailing and coordination
* Experience using Revit / BIM is highly desirable
* Comfortable working within a team-based, delivery-focused environment
