We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Agent to oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and compliant with safety legislation.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a site professional to lead and mentor a team of designers and manage material delivery, while liaising with local authorities.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage expectations, status reporting, and conflict resolution to build lasting trust with clients and the public.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee multiple urban and rural projects, ensuring timely delivery, staying within budget, and adhering to safety regulations.
* Act as primary contact for clients and the public, managing their expectations, providing status updates, and resolving conflicts effectively.
* Review detailed project drawings, modify designs based on feedback, and maintain high quality control standards on all works.
* Lead and mentor the site team and designers, identifying training needs and coordinating resource requirements with management.
Requirements: A valid driver's license, engineering qualification, experience in Civils, drainage, or utilities, and proven site management expertise.
