We are currently seeking a Trainee or Part-Qualified Accountant to join our client's growing team based in their Bailieborough office. This location would suit Meath, Cavan, Louth or Monaghan candidates who wish to work with a large practice close to home. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing Top 10 accountancy practice nationwide, with a strong presence across the UK, offering exposure to a diverse portfolio of SME and corporate clients.
The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.
Responsibilities
Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
Prepare tax documents
Compile and analyse financial statements
Manage budgeting and forecasting
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
A Trainee Accountant or Part-Qualified Accountant pursuing a professional qualification (ACA / ACCA or equivalent)
