Job Opportunity: Business Development Specialist
This is an exciting role that requires a skilled and experienced professional to drive business development in the Kerry region. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, including consultants, hospital teams, and other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the Irish healthcare service.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing business plans for target groups
* Establishing strong relationships with referrers, such as GPs and consultants
* Designing and initiating marketing campaigns to maximise opportunities
* Monitoring sales development, market trends, and competitor activity
* Working closely with the Managing Director to follow up on business development opportunities
Requirements:
* Proven track record in business development
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Thorough understanding of the Irish healthcare service
* Strong commercial acumen and planning skills
* Ability to work successfully with business referrers
* Flexible and adaptable to change
