The Role
As Business Development Executive, you’ll be part of our central commercial function, playing a key role in executing and shaping our BD efforts. This is a newly created role, ideal for someone who brings experience but wants ownership, autonomy, and influence in how we grow. We’re not just looking for support — we’re looking for ideas, drive, and proactivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Support BD leadership in managing and progressing our US and EMEA pipeline - Own CRM upkeep and ensure client/prospect records are accurate and actionable - Schedule and coordinate meetings, roadshows, and events across time zones - Prepare client-facing presentations and assist in proposal generation - Conduct prospect and industry research to support targeting and positioning - Collaborate on campaigns, thought leadership, and event participation - Track activity metrics and suggest insights for optimisation - Be a proactive voice — this is not a passive role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years’ experience in a business development, client relationship, or sales support role - Experience within professional services, financial services, or consulting preferred - Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills - Familiar with CRM tools (ClickUp, Salesforce, etc.) and LinkedIn for prospecting
- Comfortable working independently and handling competing priorities - Ambitious and commercially aware with a genuine interest in strategic growth.
