Job Overview:
A main contractor with numerous projects across Ireland is seeking a Site Engineer to support their team on a residential project in Navan.
Job Summary:
* Check plans and drawings to ensure all calculations are accurate.
* Providing progress reports for the site management team & clients
* Supervising the Setting out, levelling and surveying the site.
* Regular use of AutoCAD to check on site dimensions.
* Liaising with sub-contractors & site managers.
* Ensure all health & safety procedures are maintained.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree in Civil Engineering.
* 4+ years' experience in setting out on construction sites.
* Experience working on high value projects in Ireland or the Uk.
* Experienced in the use of instruments (total station, GPS)
* Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
