The Role:
We are seeking an experienced cabinet maker to join our team at Dovetail Interiors. Working from our on-site workshop, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality bespoke furniture for a variety of projects — from individual pieces to full interior fit-outs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manufacture furniture to a high standard using various materials and techniques
* Read and interpret technical drawings and plans
* Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and effectively
* Work both independently and collaboratively to meet project deadlines
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
* Liaise with team members to ensure all project requirements are met
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 4 years’ experience in cabinet making or furniture manufacturing
* Skilled in operating woodworking machinery and hand tools
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Ability to follow plans and execute tasks efficiently
* Motivated, dependable, and enthusiastic
* Able to work well under pressure and in a team environment
