The Role:
* Lead daily F&B operations across multiple outlets
* Drive guest satisfaction, quality, and profitability
* Develop menus and promotions with the Head Chef & Sales Team
* Manage budgets, control costs, and analyse performance
* Motivate and develop a high-performing team
