Food & Beverage Operations Manager
to lead all F&B outlets within a busy 4-star hotel in Cork City.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for service excellence, team management, and revenue growth.
The Role:
Lead daily F&B operations across multiple outlets
Drive guest satisfaction, quality, and profitability
Develop menus and promotions with the Head Chef & Sales Team
Manage budgets, control costs, and analyse performance
Motivate and develop a high-performing team
You'll Need:
Senior F&B management experience in hospitality
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Commercial focus with budget and cost-control expertise
