Role OverviewDar-us-Salaam is seeking a Motion Designer with strong video editing, animation, and storytelling skills to elevate our long-form and short-form video content. This role goes beyond basic motion graphics. It requires an understanding of pacing, transitions, timing, sound design, and visual storytelling within strategic, message-driven videos.The Motion Designer will work hand in hand with our videographer and directly with the Director of Strategic Communications to create polished, emotionally resonant videos aligned with donor and community messaging.Initial Project (Trial)The first project for this role will likely be a Ramadan donor-centered video, intended to be played at a fundraising dinner.
