Service Admin Duties
Supporting with all service team admin tasks
Logging call outs – via email and phone
Ordering Parts via internal system and logging same via excel
Chasing engineers for reports
Creating Quotes and sending to customers
Sending reports to customers
Chasing POs from customers
General Admin Duties
Answering phone calls – installations and other
Deliveries – logging them including installations – advising the relevant parties know and marking the parts / units
Ad-Hoc Administration tasks
Hours:
8:30 - 5pm Mon to Thurs and 8:30 - 4pm
Annual leave:
20 days
