Job Description:



* The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Person In Charge/Unit manager in the clinical and professional leadership of the care team and delivering direct resident care.

* They will ensure that the provision of high-quality care is consistent with our mission, vision, values, and strategic plan.

* This includes recognizing residents as individuals, respecting their rights, needs, and comfort while prioritizing their well-being during the delivery of care.





Required Skills And Qualifications:


 
1. A registered General Nurse or Psychiatric Nurse on the Register held by Nursing Board Ireland or entitled to register.'
'Diploma Gerontology (Desirable), experience Healthcare Management Care coordination/residential facilitation Child protection procedure etc.’ minimum after extended time learning facility given implementing various procedures physically men here-based.
