Job Title: Construction Site Manager
Bell Contracts & Co Ltd are a professional construction company which operates throughout the UK and Ireland.
We provide construction, property redevelopment and refurbishment services across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Deliver projects on time and to perfection by coordinating site teams, managing resources, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
* Report directly to senior management team including contracts manager and project director for strategic guidance and oversight.
* Provide accurate, consistent, and professional records, reports, and general information to support business operations.
* Manage and motivate site teams through effective communication, delegation, and performance evaluation.
* Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and mitigate their impact on projects.
* Follow construction drawings and works information to fine detail to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
* Survey sites to identify problems and check viability of design before commencing work.
* Organize and coordinate labor resources to meet project demands and deadlines.
* Liaise with sub-contractors to ensure efficient delivery of tasks and maintain a high level of quality control.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in healthcare projects with an emphasis on Project Management.
* Ability to work under one's own initiative, demonstrate self-motivation, and maintain a high level of productivity.
