About the Role
As a skilled Service Advisor, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships, initiating and managing the service process, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will excel at understanding and meeting customer needs, exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and possess strong organizational and planning abilities. A full, valid, and current driving license is also required.
Key Responsibilities
* Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
* Initiating and managing the service process
* Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
* Liaising with the Workshop, Service Reception, Warranty and Parts Department
* Determining workshop availability and scheduling customer bookings
Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and planning abilities
* Full, valid, and current driving license
* Experience in a similar role
