Job Title: Dutch Account Administrator
Job Location: Dublin, situated just 20 minutes from the City Centre by train, with complimentary parking available on site.
Job Salary: €30,000-€33,000 OTE plus comprehensive benefits, including pension, healthcare, travel allowance, and free parking. Additionally, employees enjoy 25 days of annual leave and more.
Working Model: Hybrid, with an initial period of 3-4 weeks spent in the office, followed by 2 days of office-based work and 3 days of remote work from home.
Hours of Work: Flexible start times between 7am and 10am, Monday to Friday only.
We are seeking a skilled Dutch-speaking Account Administrator to join our team at a well-known global financial company based in Dublin. Your primary responsibilities will involve processing claims for clients worldwide, ensuring exceptional client service while working efficiently and accurately. The successful candidate should possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and operate databases with precision and efficiency.
* Analyze and generate reports detailing departmental workflow and targets.
* Exceed customer satisfaction and retention standards.
* Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Provide support to other departments, showcasing strong teamwork.
* Perform additional ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
* Full fluency in English and Dutch, both verbally and in writing.
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role within an office environment.
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
* Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
