At CPL, we are seeking a Quality Compliance Officer to join our residential services team in Kildare.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Compliance, Safeguarding and Risk Manager to design and implement audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting audits, developing and reviewing action plans for improvement, and monitoring and reporting on regulatory compliance
* Leading and participating in quality improvement projects, and providing regular progress reports
* Maintaining up-to-date electronic records of compliance and quality improvement initiatives, and providing analytical reports to track trends and identify areas for improvement

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated professional with a strong background in social care, who possesses excellent research, auditing, and analysis skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework, or equivalent relevant qualification in health or social care.
In addition, candidates should possess excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
