Who should apply?
Ideal candidates will be operating at or ready to step into Associate Director level and will bring:
* 7–9 years' consulting experience, including at least 1 year in a professional services firm
* Proven experience leading transformation projects or large-scale programmes
* Background in industries such as Public Sector, FS, Health, Life Sciences, Energy/Utilities, or Tech
* Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
* Experience in project management and business development
Role and Reporting Lines
This role is part of the leadership team within the Business Consulting division and includes:
* Project Delivery
– Lead and oversee the delivery of large-scale projects across transformation, change, and operational excellence
* Business Development
– Support growth through active involvement in proposals, pitches, and client development initiatives
* Client Engagement
– Work directly with senior stakeholders across FS and Public Sector clients to implement meaningful change
* Leadership
– Contribute to the growth and management of the Business Consulting unit, mentoring junior consultants
* Thought Leadership
– Contribute to industry research and service development for priority sectors
* Reporting
– Provide regular updates to senior leadership, including project progress and pipeline development
* Process Improvement
– Oversee team processes and structure, driving internal efficiency and quality delivery
* Strategic Advisory
– Guide clients on people strategy, digital transformation, and organisational design initiatives
