Employee Experience | Customer Experience | Digital Transformation We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised team member to support our background verification team.
The role focuses on managing and reviewing candidate files, collecting documentation, and ensuring employment and background checks are completed in line with regulatory and client requirements.
The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining accurate records, ensuring documentation is complete, and supporting the team in delivering high-volume verification checks efficiently and consistently.
Key Responsibilities Review candidate files and ensure all required documentation is present and complete Collect and verify employment history and background information Validate supporting documents including employment references, gap evidence, and identification documentation Follow established procedures to ensure all files meet compliance and audit standards Contact candidates to request missing information or documentation where required Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within internal systems and trackers Escalate discrepancies, inconsistencies, or missing information to senior team members Support the team in processing high volumes of verification checks within required timelines Ensure all files are maintained in a structured and audit-ready format Skills and Experience Strong attention to detail Good organisational and administrative skills Ability to follow defined processes and procedures Comfortable working with documentation and data Strong communication skills when liaising with candidates and internal teams Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work effectively Proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook) Previous experience in administration, compliance support, recruitment administration, or document processing would be beneficial but not essential.
